Job Summary
As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer experiences across various communication channels. You'll be responsible for answering client inquiries, providing product information, and resolving customer issues in a timely and professional manner. Key Responsibilities
* Answer and manage incoming calls, emails, chats, and/or interactive voice response systems in a professional and courteous manner
- Assess customers' needs and provide the correct answer, path, troubleshooting, or method for a positive customer experience
- Learn and follow all customer service procedures and policies to ensure consistency and quality
- Strive to meet and exceed personal and team target goals, including up-selling and cross-selling opportunities
- Record, organize, and file customer interactions and account changes accurately and efficiently
- Schedule call backs and appointments to resolve customer needs and improve customer satisfaction
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues and provide exceptional customer experiences
Essential Qualifications
* Previous experience in customer support, client services, sales, or a related field
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to communicate effectively over the phone and other communication platforms
- Basic computer skills and experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software
- Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent listening skills, with the ability to actively listen, relay information, and answer questions and/or concerns
- Customer-focused mindset, with a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences and resolving customer issues
Preferred Qualifications
* Experience with arenaflex's products or services
- Knowledge of industry trends and best practices in customer service
- Certification in customer service or a related field
- Experience with sales and up-selling techniques
- Ability to work in a remote environment with minimal supervision
