Key Responsibilities

As an Experienced Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for:

  • Providing exceptional customer service to policyholders via phone, email, or in-person, resolving their inquiries, and addressing their concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Answering billing questions, making policy changes, and providing recommendations to policyholders, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.

Essential Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of 1-2 years of experience in customer service, preferably in the insurance industry.

  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and resolve complex issues.
  • Proficiency in computer software, including CRM systems, and the ability to learn new technologies quickly.
  • A high school diploma or equivalent, with a focus on customer service, business, or a related field.
  • Availability to work a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Preferred Qualifications
