Job Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll have the opportunity to make a real impact on our customers' experiences. Your key responsibilities will include:

• Processing customer orders and inquiries in a collaborative call center using world-class technology
• Communicating with customers over phone, email, and chat to provide personalized support and solutions
• Helping customers navigate arenaflex's website and online ordering system to ensure a seamless and efficient experience
• Becoming a product and solutions expert, equipped to answer product, pricing, and shipping questions quickly and confidently
• Collaborating with internal teams to resolve customer issues and provide exceptional service

Minimum Requirements

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

• A high school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor's degree is preferred
• Prior customer service experience is a plus, but we'll train you to provide legendary service for our customers!
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
