Key Responsibilities
As a Customer Service Representative in our Contact Center, you'll be responsible for:
- Providing superior service to customers via phone, email, and chat, ensuring that their needs are met and exceeded
- Handling customer inquiries and requests related to account balance and transactional information, check and debit card orders, funds transfer, account closure, wire transfer requests, and basic maintenance and account updates
- Maintaining excellent knowledge of arenaflex's products and services to answer questions effectively and recognize sales opportunities
- Identifying and correcting problems/concerns as necessary while following established policies and procedures
- Maintaining the security of customers' accounts and confidentiality of customer information
- Covering Operator roles as needed
- Providing indirect customer support by assisting coworkers with inquiries and requests for assistance
- Participating in training to maintain required skills
- Performing other duties as assigned

Education and Special Requirements
* High school diploma required; prefer an associate's degree (AA) from a two-year college or technical school or bachelor's degree
- Prefer 1-2 years' experience in a related position
- Must be able to take initiative, accept responsibility, and work independently as well as being aware of, and part of a team environment
- Must consent to remote monitoring of incoming customer telephone calls
