The Role
As an Experienced Data Entry and Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for:
* Ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of our data entry processes, including data entry, data cleaning, and data analysis
* Providing exceptional customer support through phone, email, and chat, resolving customer inquiries and issues in a timely and professional manner
* Collaborating with our sales and marketing teams to identify new business opportunities and develop strategic partnerships
* Maintaining accurate records and reports, including customer interactions, sales data, and marketing metrics
* Analyzing customer feedback and making recommendations for process improvements
* Staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in data entry and customer service
Ideal Profile
We're looking for a highly motivated and organized individual with:
* At least 1 year of experience in data entry or customer service, preferably in a professional services or internet industry setting
* Strong analytical skills and the ability to work with numerical data
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues
* A creative problem-solving approach and a willingness to learn and adapt to new situations
* Experience with CRM software, data analysis tools, and customer service platforms is a plus
