Job Responsibilities
As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences through various channels, including phone, email, and chat. Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Processing customer orders and inquiries in a collaborative call center using world-class technology
- Communicating with customers to resolve their issues and provide solutions to their problems
- Helping customers navigate arenaflex's website and online ordering system
- Becoming a product and solutions expert by learning about arenaflex's products and services
- Providing legendary service to our customers by answering product, pricing, and shipping questions quickly and confidently
Minimum Requirements
To be successful in this role, you'll need to meet the following minimum requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree preferred
- Prior customer service experience is a plus, but we'll train you to provide legendary service for our customers
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced call center environment
- Strong product knowledge and ability to learn quickly
