Experienced Data Entry Specialist – Administrative Support for arenaflex's QIC DME Team

Our QIC DME team is seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Data Entry Specialist to join our dynamic team. As an Admin 1 - Data Entry, you will play a crucial role in supporting our operations by accurately and efficiently entering data into various computer programs, producing reports, and performing database queries.

Key Responsibilities

As an Admin 1 - Data Entry, your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Entering accurate and complete data into computer programs, ensuring high-quality data entry and minimal errors.
  • Producing and maintaining data reports, identifying inconsistencies or issues, and alerting management accordingly.
  • Performing database queries to assist with analysis and reporting, and resolving issues when necessary.
  • Verifying data entries for accuracy and completeness, ensuring that all data is up-to-date and reliable.
  • Undertaking special projects, providing periodic and consistent information to management, and ensuring timely completion.
  • Performing audits of own work and that of others to ensure conformance with established procedures.
  • Assisting in the processes required for medical case file creation and/or closing, including data entry and records management.
  • Providing assistance with decision notification, including mailing decision letters to all parties and faxing decision letters.
  • Accurately updating the Medicare Appeal system (MAS) and other databases.
  • Demonstrating and maintaining appropriate judgment with confidential information.
  • Determining if work assignments need supervisor intervention.
  • Performing other duties as may be assigned by management.

Minimum Requirements

To be considered for this role, you must meet the following minimum requirements:

  • High school diploma, GED, or equivalent required.
  • 0-2 years of relevant experience required.
  • Prior experience with Microsoft Office Suite preferred.
  • Prior experience with Medicare Appeals and Systems preferred.
  • Must be a US Citizen or have lived in the US for the last 5 years, working continuously for 3 years.

Home Office Requirements

As a remote worker, you will be required to meet the following home office requirements:

  • Internet speed of 20mbps or higher required (50 Mpbs for shared internet connectivity).
  • Minimum 5mbps upload speed.
  • Connectivity to the internet via either Wi-Fi or Category 5 or 6 ethernet patch cable to the home router.
  • Private work area and adequate power source.
  • Must currently and permanently reside in the Continental US.

Compensation, Perks, and Benefits
