Responsibilities

As a Service BDC Customer Service Agent at arenaflex, your primary responsibilities will include:

• Responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat, providing accurate and timely information on services, pricing, and other relevant details
• Scheduling service appointments and following up with customers to ensure seamless communication and satisfaction
• Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions, including service history and communication logs
• Collaborating with service advisors and technicians to ensure customer satisfaction and resolve any issues promptly
• Assisting in valeting customer vehicles after 4:30 pm, ensuring a positive experience for our clients
• Staying up-to-date on arenaflex's services, promotions, and offerings to provide informed responses to customer inquiries

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

• Prior customer service experience, preferably in the automotive industry
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and colleagues
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively, managing multiple customer interactions and service requests simultaneously
• Knowledge of automotive services is a plus, but not required
• Valid driver's license, as you'll be required to valet customer vehicles
• Qualification for company insurance by meeting requirements
