Job Overview

We're seeking a highly motivated, licensed professional to join our team as a remote Licensed Insurance Customer Service Representative. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, building strong relationships with our customers, and helping them navigate the complexities of insurance and financial services. Responsibilities

As a remote Licensed Insurance Customer Service Representative, your responsibilities will include:

  • Establishing and maintaining strong relationships with our customers, providing prompt, accurate, and friendly service
  • Responding to customer inquiries regarding insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing clarification
  • Using a customer-focused, needs-based review process to educate customers about insurance options and help them make informed decisions
  • Maintaining a strong work ethic with a total commitment to success each and every day
  • Providing timely and thorough activity reports to our agents
  • Staying up-to-date on product changes, licensing, technical developments, and continuing education requirements

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • An active Property & Casualty license in your resident state
  • The ability to obtain non-resident licenses in AL, FL, GA, SC, and TN
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • People-oriented, with a passion for helping others
  • Organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Self-motivated, with a strong work ethic and a commitment to success
  • Detail-oriented, with a focus on accuracy and quality
  • Proactive in problem-solving, with a willingness to think creatively and outside the box
  • Dedicated to customer service, with a passion for delivering exceptional experiences
