Key Responsibilities
As an Experienced Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for:
- Calling warm leads and setting appointments with clients
- Meeting with clients over the phone to discuss their insurance needs and provide personalized solutions
- Utilizing our advanced training platform and duplicatable sales system to drive sales growth and customer satisfaction
- Collaborating with our team of mentors and trainers to stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices
- Providing exceptional customer service and support to clients, responding to their inquiries and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner
- Meeting and exceeding sales targets, while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction

- Must reside in the USA
- Proven success in sales is preferred, but we'll train the right candidate
