Job Summary
As a Remote (Flexible) Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for:
- Calling warm leads to set appointments and meet with clients over the phone

- Working with our advanced training platform and duplicatable sales system to drive sales growth and customer satisfaction
- Collaborating with our team of mentors and coaches to receive daily training and support

Key Responsibilities
* Call warm leads to set appointments and meet with clients over the phone
- Build relationships with clients to understand their insurance needs and provide personalized solutions
- Work with our advanced training platform and duplicatable sales system to drive sales growth and customer satisfaction
- Collaborate with our team of mentors and coaches to receive daily training and support

- Meet or exceed sales targets and customer satisfaction goals
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, products, and services to provide expert advice to clients
Essential Qualifications
* Must reside in the USA
- Proven success in sales is preferred, but we'll train the right candidate
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, disciplined, and driven to succeed
- Willing to embrace our core values and demonstrate a high level of coachability
- Humble and willing to learn a duplicatable and proven system
- Licensed Life and Health Agents (we'll assist in obtaining)
- Leaders and entrepreneurs with a desire to build a business and achieve their life goals
