Responsibilities

As a Customer Relations Representative on our Agent Team, your primary responsibilities will include:

• Establishing and maintaining strong relationships with customers, providing exceptional service and support
• Conducting needs-based reviews to educate customers about insurance options and financial services
• Developing leads, scheduling appointments, and identifying customer needs to market appropriate products and services
• Collaborating with the Agent Team to achieve business objectives and drive growth
• Utilizing arenaflex's customer relationship management (CRM) system to manage customer interactions and track sales performance
