Job Description

As a Customer Support Specialist I, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service by identifying and resolving basic customer issues with arenaflex products. Your primary focus will be on troubleshooting computer software, networks, database platforms, and operating systems in an inbound customer service environment. You'll work closely with internal teams to resolve client system problems within established time frames, directly impacting the customer's ability to improve productivity, manage account needs, standardize and streamline processes, and capture data for strategic decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:

* Apply and demonstrate basic product knowledge while adhering to standard operating procedures to resolve customer issues

  • Provide coverage of in-bound interactions, including calls, chats, emails, and cases
  • Educate customers to help them understand an issue and how to self-serve should it reoccur
  • Consistently apply product knowledge obtained in arenaflex's Bootcamp training and daily activities, support procedures, and policies to address client and departmental needs with individualized oversight
  • Problem tracking to determine trends or patterns to client system problems
  • Coordinate problem resolution with various internal contacts
  • Demonstrate ability to assist peers in performing similar customer support duties

Special Skills and Opportunities:

* If you have experience with SQL, Windows OS & Windows server environments, you may be a good fit for our ImageRight and WorkSmart teams!

  • If you have experience with accounting/bookkeeping and/or education, you may be a good fit for our AMS360 Accounting team!
  • Additional requirements and details include:

+ Travel required up to 10% of the time + WFH Flexible + Occasional lifting and/or moving up to 10 pounds + Frequent repetitive hand and arm movements required to operate a computer + Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision (working on a computer, etc.) + Frequent sitting and/or standing

Qualifications:

* High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree in a related field preferred

  • 1-2 years of customer support experience in a software or technology-related industry
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects
  • Strong technical skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite
  • Ability to learn and adapt to new technologies and processes quickly
