Key Responsibilities
* Answer and manage incoming calls, emails, chats, and/or interactive voice response systems in a professional and courteous manner
- Provide accurate and timely product information, troubleshooting, and solutions to customer inquiries
- Utilize active listening skills to understand customer needs and concerns, and respond accordingly
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues and escalate when necessary
- Record, organize, and file customer interactions and account changes in a secure and compliant manner
- Meet and exceed personal and team target goals for customer satisfaction, first-call resolution, and sales performance
- Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance product knowledge and customer service skills
Essential Qualifications
* Previous experience in customer support, client services, sales, or a related field
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with customers in a professional and courteous manner
- Basic computer skills and experience with CRM software, email, and other communication platforms
- Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment
