Job Summary
We're seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Full Stack Customer Experience Representative to join our Harrison, OH call center team. As a key member of our customer experience team, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers, responding to incoming calls, and proactively engaging with customers to resolve their queries and concerns. Key Responsibilities
As a Full Stack Customer Experience Representative, you'll be responsible for:
- Answering dealership group phones and directing customers to the correct department/location
- Placing outbound calls to schedule and confirm service appointments via phone or SMS
- Updating customer records and maintaining accurate information
- Communicating with callers and visitors in a professional, friendly, and efficient manner
- Scanning documents and maintaining accurate records
- Assisting in scheduling and confirming service appointments via phone or SMS
- Participating in customer satisfaction processes to ensure exceptional customer experiences
- Collaborating with remote teams to achieve shared goals and objectives
- Providing exceptional customer service and resolving customer queries and concerns in a timely and professional manner
