Job Summary
We're seeking an experienced Bilingual Customer Service Specialist (Spanish) to join our team in Houston, TX. As a key member of our customer service team, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer experiences, resolving customer concerns, and driving sales growth through effective communication, product knowledge, and sales skills. Key Responsibilities
* Provide exceptional customer service to retail and wholesale customers, responding to their needs, answering questions, and recommending products and services.
- Resolve customer concerns and issues in a timely and professional manner, ensuring maximum customer satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date product knowledge, staying informed about new products, features, and promotions.
- Process sales transactions accurately and consistently, following company policies and procedures.
- Achieve sales goals on a monthly, quarterly, and yearly basis, contributing to the success of our retail and wholesale customers.
- Maintain a clean and organized store environment, adhering to company standards and visual merchandising guidelines.
- Load and unload delivery trucks, assist with deliveries, and perform other tasks as required.
- Collaborate with colleagues to achieve team goals, share knowledge, and provide support.
Essential Qualifications
* Must be at least 18 years old.
- Must be legally authorized to work in the country of employment without needing sponsorship for employment work visa status now or in the future.
- Must be able to read, write, comprehend, and communicate in English.
- Must be able to read, write, comprehend, and communicate in Spanish.
- Must be able to retrieve material from shelves and floor stacks and lift and carry up to 50 lbs. frequently and up to 70 lbs. on occasion.
- Must be willing to work all scheduled hours, which may include evenings and weekends.
Preferred Qualifications
* Have a valid, unrestricted Driver's License.
- Have at least a High School diploma or GED.
- Have at least one (1) year experience working in a delivery, retail, or customer service position.
- Have previous work experience selling paint and paint-related products.
- Have previous work experience operating tinting and mixing equipment.

* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust relationships with customers.
- Strong product knowledge and sales skills, with the ability to recommend products and services.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple responsibilities.
