What You'll Do
As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for:
- Being the friendly, knowledgeable voice that customers can trust through phone, email, and chat, providing personalized support and solutions that meet each customer's unique needs
- Educating clients on products and services while identifying opportunities for upselling based on value, and troubleshooting issues with patience, empathy, and a solutions-first mindset
- Following up with leads and maintaining long-term customer relationships, collaborating with team members to improve service strategies and share client insights

Requirements
