Job Summary

We're seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Customer Success Associate to join our team in Rosemont, IL. As a Customer Success Associate, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional support to our customers through inbound calls, online chat, and other communication channels. You'll work closely with our customers to understand their needs, provide tailored solutions, and ensure their success with our products and services.

Key Responsibilities

* Answer a high volume of inbound support calls from customers interested in discussing their active applications

  • Provide excellent customer support through effective online chat communications, ensuring timely and accurate responses to customer inquiries
  • Accurately document and present information regarding our products and services during phone calls, resulting in on-boarding of new customers
  • Meet customer service goals and key performance call center metrics while working accurately and efficiently
  • Communicate clearly and show empathy when listening to customers and addressing their concerns
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and provide seamless support

Qualifications

* High School degree or equivalent; some college preferred

  • 1-2 years of experience in a high-volume call center environment
  • 1-2 years of relevant sales experience
  • Computer proficiency with minimum typing of 35wpm
  • Ability to handle a high call volume while maintaining high performance goals
  • Experience using online chat in a high-volume call center
  • Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills required
  • Bilingual in Spanish is a plus
  • Availability to work the 9:30am – 6:00pm PST shift

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a focus on collaboration and teamwork
