Job Responsibilities
As a Bilingual Customer Service Representative, your primary responsibilities will include:
- Processing customer orders and inquiries in a collaborative call center using world-class technology
- Communicating with customers over phone, email, and chat to resolve their queries and concerns
- Helping customers navigate arenaflex's website and online ordering system
- Becoming a product and solutions expert by learning about our products, pricing, and shipping options to answer customer questions confidently and quickly
Minimum Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A high school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor's degree is preferred
- Prior customer service experience is a plus, but we will train you to provide legendary service to our customers
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) fluency in both verbal and written forms
