Job Summary
As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be the face of arenaflex, providing exceptional service to our customers through various channels, including phone, email, and chat. You'll be responsible for processing customer orders and inquiries, communicating with customers, and helping them navigate our website and online ordering system. We'll equip you with the knowledge and skills to become a product and solutions expert, enabling you to answer product, pricing, and shipping questions quickly and confidently.
Key Responsibilities
* Process customer orders and inquiries in a collaborative call center using world-class technology
- Communicate with customers over phone, email, and chat
- Help customers navigate arenaflex's website and online ordering system
- Become a product and solutions expert, equipped to answer product, pricing, and shipping questions quickly and confidently
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and provide exceptional service
Minimum Requirements
* High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred
- Prior customer service experience is a plus, but we'll train you to provide legendary service for our customers!
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM software
Preferred Qualifications
* 1-2 years of customer service experience in a call center or retail environment
- Experience with CRM software and customer service technology
- Knowledge of shipping, industrial, and packaging materials
- Bilingual or multilingual skills
