Job Summary

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in ensuring that our clients receive the highest level of service and support. You'll be responsible for answering client inquiries, providing product information, and helping customers resolve their issues in a timely and efficient manner. If you're a customer-focused individual with excellent communication skills and a passion for problem-solving, we'd love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities

* Answer and manage incoming calls, emails, chats, and/or interactive voice response systems

  • Provide product information and help customers resolve their issues in a timely and efficient manner
  • Assess customers' needs and provide the correct answer, path, troubleshooting, or method for a positive customer experience
  • Learn and follow all customer service procedures and policies
  • Strive to meet and go above personal and team target goals
  • Record, organize, and file customer interactions and account changes
  • Up-sell if needed
  • Schedule call backs and appointments to resolve customer needs

Requirements and Qualifications

* Previous experience in customer support, client services, sales, or a related field

  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Basic computer skills and experience
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Excellent time management and prioritization skills
  • Ability to listen actively, relay information, and answer questions and/or concerns
  • Customer-focused for positive customer experience and resolution
  • MUST RESIDE IN CALIFORNIA

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software

  • Knowledge of industry-specific products and services
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Experience with upselling and cross-selling
