Job Summary
As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer support through various communication channels, including phone, email, chat, and interactive voice response systems. Key Responsibilities

- Strive to meet and exceed personal and team target goals, demonstrating a commitment to excellence
- Record, organize, and file customer interactions and account changes, maintaining accurate and up-to-date records
- Upsell products or services as needed, identifying opportunities to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty
- Schedule call backs and appointments to resolve customer needs, ensuring timely and effective resolution
Requirements and Qualifications
* Previous experience in customer support, client services, sales, or a related field, with a proven track record of success
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively over the phone and other communication platforms
- Basic computer skills and experience, with proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software
- Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment
