Job Responsibilities

As a Customer Success Representative, you'll be responsible for:

  • Serving as the main point of contact for arenaflex customers via phone, email, live chat, text, and other channels.
  • Becoming an expert in the arenaflex product suite and resolving customer inquiries in a timely and effective manner.
  • Maintaining a quality rating by following procedure and acting in the customers' best interest.
  • Recording all interactions with customers in the provided CRM system.
  • Meeting evolving department goals and metrics.

Job Requirements

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent.
  • A minimum of 1 year of experience providing support in a customer service environment.
  • A willingness to work a flexible schedule, including some evenings and weekends.
  • The ability to work in a remote setting with a reliable internet connection.
  • Great communication skills, both internally with team members and externally with customers.
  • Strong time-management skills.
  • A goal-oriented mindset and a proactive approach to customer support.
  • The ability to maintain confidentiality and work in a team-oriented environment.

Preferred Skills

While not required, the following skills and qualifications are preferred:

  • A college degree.
  • Experience working with Zendesk or similar CRM systems.
  • An appreciation for the outdoors (arenaflex's products are designed for outdoor enthusiasts!).
  • A coachable, empathetic mindset.
  • The ability to multitask.

As a Customer Success Representative, you'll need to:

  • Possess outstanding organizational, interpersonal, and communication (written and verbal) skills.
  • Demonstrate good problem-solving skills.
  • Maintain confidentiality.
  • Work in a team-oriented environment.
