Job Summary
As an Experienced Customer Service Representative – Remote Management Services, you'll be responsible for handling a high volume of customer calls, resolving issues, and providing exceptional support to our clients. You'll work closely with our team to ensure seamless communication, timely issue resolution, and a positive customer experience. Responsibilities
* Handle high-volume customer calls with the highest degree of courtesy and professionalism, resolving issues and providing solutions that meet customer needs.
- Log all calls in our call log database and participate in daily review of call log activity to ensure quality and consistency.
- Offer alternative solutions to customers to retain their satisfaction and loyalty.
- Handle business transactions, including activation of new customer accounts, using computer terminals and web-based tools.
- Communicate effectively with customers using web-based tools, demonstrating proficiency in typing and grammar.
- Make financial decisions to protect and collect revenues, adjusting customer accounts as necessary.
- Manage multiple duties simultaneously, prioritizing tasks to ensure timely completion.
- Deliver exceptional client service via telephone, addressing customer inquiries and resolving issues efficiently.
- Conduct detailed research to address customer inquiries and provide quality service.
- Enter data and customer service work on a daily routine basis, maintaining accurate records and reports.
- Prepare activity reports to track performance across our customer base, identifying areas for improvement.
- Track issues and ensure timely delivery of solutions from support teams.
- Complete other duties as assigned by management.
Qualifications
* 1-2 years of experience in a call center, customer service, or accounting role, with a focus on problem-solving and customer satisfaction.
- High School Diploma or Equivalency.
- Advanced multi-tasking, problem-solving, and organizational skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Positive attitude, productive, professional, and courteous manner, with superior telephone etiquette.
- Ability to accomplish tasks in a timely and efficient manner, with strong written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrate intermediate or advanced computer skills, including use of Word, Excel, and web browsers (e.g., Google Chrome, Internet Explorer).
