Job Summary

As a Bilingual Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients in a fast-paced call center environment. You'll be the face of arenaflex, answering customer inquiries, resolving issues, and providing product information in a clear and concise manner. If you're fluent in both English and Spanish, have a passion for customer service, and are looking for a challenging and rewarding role, we encourage you to apply.

Key Responsibilities

* Process customer orders and inquiries in a collaborative call center using world-class technology

  • Communicate with customers over phone, email, and chat
  • Help customers navigate arenaflex's website and online ordering
  • Become a product and solutions expert, equipped to answer product, pricing, and shipping questions quickly and confidently
  • Collaborate with colleagues to resolve customer issues and provide exceptional service

Minimum Requirements

* High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred

  • Prior customer service experience is a plus, but we'll train you to provide legendary service for our customers!
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) - fluent in both verbal and written forms
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience in a call center or customer-facing role

  • Knowledge of customer service software and technology
  • Ability to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends
  • High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred

Compensation and Perks

* Pay from $25 to $29 per hour, with significant growth and earning potential!
