Job Summary

We're seeking an experienced Bilingual Customer Service Representative to join our team in Dallas, TX. As a key member of our call center team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, resolving issues, and building relationships with our customers. Key Responsibilities

* Process customer orders and inquiries in a collaborative call center using world-class technology

  • Communicate with customers over phone, email, and chat
  • Help customers navigate arenaflex's website and online ordering
  • Become a product and solutions expert, equipped to answer product, pricing, and shipping questions quickly and confidently
  • Collaborate with colleagues to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer satisfaction
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to stay up-to-date on products, services, and industry trends

Minimum Requirements

* High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred

  • Prior customer service experience is a plus, but we'll train you to provide legendary service for our customers!
  • Bilingual (English / Spanish) - fluent in both verbal and written forms
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced call center environment
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
