Job Summary
We're seeking an experienced Bilingual Customer Service Representative to join our call center team in Middle River, MD. As a key member of our customer-facing team, you'll be responsible for providing top-notch service to our clients, resolving issues, and ensuring that our customers' needs are met with professionalism and care. This is a full-time position that requires flexibility to work a rotating weekend schedule, one month on/one month off, as scheduled or as required based on operational needs.
Responsibilities
As a Bilingual Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, your key responsibilities will include:
- Processing telephone inquiries, fax information/applications to customers as required
- Performing account maintenance, including address changes, payments, adjustments, and statement requests
- Researching overcharges and submitting for adjustment
- Providing assistance to process/update expired credit cards, options changes, replenishment amounts, balance thresholds, address changes, and add tags, process applications, and correspondence
- Preparing reports to include daily Phone Call Log
- Filing applications and other paperwork as necessary
- Participating in the Quality Assurance process: Call Monitoring and auditing of Log Sheets and Correspondence on a monthly basis
- Working a rotating weekend schedule, one month on/one month off as scheduled or as required based on operational needs
- Maintaining a professional demeanor under every circumstance with patrons and staff members
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
- A High School Diploma or the equivalent required
- Previous customer service experience required, preferably in a call center environment
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Fluency in both English and Spanish preferred
