Job Summary
As a Bilingual Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in delivering exceptional customer experiences that exceed our customers' expectations. You'll be responsible for processing customer orders and inquiries in a collaborative call center environment, communicating with customers over phone, email, and chat, and helping customers navigate our website and online ordering system. You'll also become a product and solutions expert, equipped to answer product, pricing, and shipping questions quickly and confidently.
Key Responsibilities
* Process customer orders and inquiries in a collaborative call center environment using world-class technology
- Communicate with customers over phone, email, and chat to resolve their queries and concerns
- Help customers navigate our website and online ordering system to ensure a seamless shopping experience
- Become a product and solutions expert, equipped to answer product, pricing, and shipping questions quickly and confidently
- Collaborate with other team members to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer satisfaction
- Participate in ongoing training and development programs to stay up-to-date on our products and services
Minimum Requirements
* High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred
- Prior customer service experience is a plus, but we'll train you to provide legendary service for our customers!
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) - fluent in both verbal and written forms
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced call center environment
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM software
Preferred Qualifications
* 1-2 years of customer service experience in a call center environment
- Experience working with CRM software and other customer service tools
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Ability to work in a team environment and collaborate with other team members
- Familiarity with our products and services is a plus
