Job Summary

As a Remote Customer Service Representative – Portuguese or Spanish Speaking, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients, leveraging your language skills to build strong relationships and resolve complex issues. You will work closely with our team to ensure that our clients receive the highest level of service, and you will be an integral part of our efforts to drive customer satisfaction and loyalty.

Key Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Collaborate with our team to ensure that customer needs are met and exceeded

  • Identify and escalate complex issues to senior team members or management as needed
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices

Essential Qualifications

* High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred

  • 2+ years of customer service experience in a call center or remote environment
  • Fluency in English and Portuguese or Spanish required; proficiency in additional languages a plus
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction and loyalty
  • Experience with CRM software and other customer service tools a plus

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience in the pharmaceutical industry or a related field

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve complex issues
  • Experience with data entry and management, with a strong attention to detail and accuracy

  • Experience with project management software and other tools a plus
