Job Summary
As a Bilingual Customer Service Representative, you'll play a critical role in delivering exceptional customer experiences that meet and exceed our customers' expectations. You'll be responsible for processing customer orders and inquiries, communicating with customers over phone, email, and chat, and helping customers navigate our website and online ordering system. With a focus on product and solutions expertise, you'll become a trusted advisor for our customers, providing quick and confident answers to their product, pricing, and shipping questions.
Key Responsibilities
* Process customer orders and inquiries in a collaborative call center using world-class technology
- Communicate with customers over phone, email, and chat to resolve their queries and concerns
- Help customers navigate arenaflex's website and online ordering system to ensure a seamless shopping experience
- Become a product and solutions expert by learning about our products, pricing, and shipping options
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve customer satisfaction
- Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance your skills and knowledge
Minimum Requirements
* High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred
- Prior customer service experience is a plus, but we'll train you to provide legendary service for our customers
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) - fluent in both verbal and written forms
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
- Basic computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office
Preferred Qualifications
* 1-2 years of customer service experience in a call center or retail environment
- Experience working with customers in a bilingual setting
- Knowledge of customer relationship management (CRM) software and call center technology
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
