What You'll Do

As a Customer Service Advisor at arenaflex, you will be responsible for: - Handling inbound calls from customers with inquiries about their recent purchases - Assisting customers with tracking numbers, order statuses, product returns, and other post-purchase needs - Using your problem-solving skills to find quick solutions and resolve any issues - Helping de-escalate frustrated customers with empathy and professionalism - Occasionally assisting with upselling or cross-selling when appropriate and necessary

Who We're Looking For

We're seeking a compassionate and patient individual with excellent communication and soft skills. You should have: - Strong problem-solving abilities and a knack for de-escalating upset customers - Experience in customer service or call centers (training will be provided) - The ability to thrive in a high-volume, fast-paced environment - Familiarity with iOS and/or macOS, or comparable technology (preferred) - Flexibility in working hours, including weekend days - Residency in one of our US hiring zones (excluding AK, CA, HI, MA, IL, MT, NY, and specific metro areas)

Requirements

To be considered for this role, you must: - Be 18 years or older - Have a High School Diploma or GED - Be able to successfully pass a criminal background check - Have at least six months of experience in customer service - Have high-speed internet access, meeting the following speeds: download 10mbps+, upload 3mbps+, and Ping less than 175ms (no Wi-Fi or satellite internet, you must have an ethernet connection) - Ability to accurately type at least 30 WPM - Have a secured workspace with a door that is only accessible to you during work hours - Reside in one of our US hiring zones (excluding AK, CA, HI, MA, IL, MT, NY, and specific metro areas)
