Job Overview
As a Full Stack Customer Service Representative, you'll play a critical role in providing top-notch service to Maryland consumers. Your responsibilities will include:
- Assisting with eligibility and enrollment for Medicaid and Qualified Health Plans through the State's Exchange
- Utilizing the State's eligibility and enrollment portal, CRM software, and other systems to deliver exceptional service
- Providing crucial information and support to individuals, families, small group employees, and brokers
- Collaborating with internal teams to resolve complex issues and improve customer satisfaction

- Comprehensive 3-week training program from 9:30 am to 6:00 pm EST
- Flexible availability between 8:00 am and 6:00 pm EST

- Excellent communication skills in English or Spanish

Requirements
* High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
- 1-2 years of customer service experience in a call center or remote setting
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills

- Strong technical skills, including proficiency in CRM software and online systems
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
