Position Description

We're seeking highly motivated and customer-focused individuals to join our team as Customer Support Associates. As a Customer Support Associate, you'll be responsible for:

  • Qualifying callers for programs, products, or services offered by our clients through outbound and inbound calls
  • Providing exceptional customer service and support to clients and their customers
  • Working with a variety of clients and their products, including appointment scheduling, insurance lead qualification, patient recruitment, and medical appointment setting
  • Meeting or exceeding performance metrics and targets
  • Collaborating with team members to achieve common goals and objectives
  • Participating in ongoing training and development to enhance skills and knowledge

Wage and Benefits

* Competitive hourly rate of $10.00 per hour ($7.25 per hour during training)

Requirements

To be successful as a Customer Support Associate, you'll need:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Working knowledge of Windows-based operating systems, including Google Chrome
  • Ability to adapt in a fast-changing environment
  • Own a computer at home that meets the minimum workstation requirements:

+ Processor: Intel Core i5 2.1GHz or better or AMD equivalent (Ryzen 5 or better) + Operating System: Windows 10 (32-bit/64-bit) or higher + RAM: 8GB or more

  • Webcam
  • High-speed internet access with download speed of at least 100 and upload speed of at least 10
  • A quiet workspace with a dedicated desk

Preferred Qualifications

* Previous customer service experience in a call center or similar environment

  • Familiarity with CRM software and other customer support tools
  • Ability to work in a team environment and collaborate with colleagues
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively

Training and Development

As a Customer Support Associate, you'll receive comprehensive training and development to ensure your success. Our training program includes:

  • A 2-week mandatory virtual training program, Monday-Friday, 9am-5pm EST (8am-4pm CST)
  • Ongoing training and development to enhance skills and knowledge
