Job Summary
As a Customer Service Coordinator, you will be responsible for supporting our inside and outside sales representatives in delivering exceptional customer service and driving revenue growth. You will work closely with internal and external cross-functional teams to ensure initiatives and customer needs are met on schedule. Your advanced knowledge of direct sales order entry systems, value-added services, and operational processes will enable you to proactively consult with sales teams to ensure program commitments to customers are in line with company capabilities.
Key Responsibilities
* Increase customer retention through process knowledge and program management implementation
- Manage revenue backlog based on assignment
- Use in-house reporting systems to generate data, analyze results, and present data formally to customers or internal business partners
- Create tutorials and facilitate customer meetings via webinars
- Interact and collaborate with internal/external cross-functional teams to ensure initiatives and customer needs are met on schedule
- Proactively consult with internal/external sales teams to ensure program commitments to customers are in line with company capabilities
- Advanced knowledge in direct sales order entry system, value-added services, and all operational processes
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
* Ability to facilitate and lead projects
- Experienced presentation skills
- Ability to take an analytical approach to problem-solving
- Strong resolution orientation with outstanding communication and customer service skills
- Strong communication skills/grammar
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced and changing environment
- Strong computer skills required
- Microsoft Office knowledge required, including strong Excel, Outlook, Word, and Windows
Working Environment

Experience
* College degree preferred and/or minimum 3 years of office experience
