Position Overview

We're seeking a Remote Customer Service Representative to serve as the first point of contact for potential and existing clients, providing exceptional service and support. In this role, you will play a crucial role in managing client inquiries, scheduling consultations, and assisting with administrative tasks to ensure a smooth client experience.

Key Responsibilities
