The Job
As a Revenue Data Entry Specialist, you'll be instrumental in our daily operations, overseeing Revenue Control functions across multiple properties. Your responsibilities will include:
- Supporting the daily Revenue Control departmental functions, including event order closing processes, revenue accounting, and service fee and gratuities distribution
- Processing revenue entry and closing event orders in sales/catering systems and event checks in Infogenesis (POS system)
- Processing service fees and gratuities in the service fee and gratuities distribution system
- Assisting with various external departments to ensure accurate and timely recording of revenue and distribution of service fees and gratuities
- Monitoring, investigating, resolving, and documenting over/short event order and service fee and gratuity variances
- Reviewing and auditing event order paperwork, distribution of service fee and gratuity reports, and notifying management of anomalies and prevalent issues
The Ideal Candidate
We're looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual with:
- High school diploma or GED
- 1+ year prior experience in Hotel and/or Catering and Banquet, or related experience
- Previous cashiering or cash handling experience is preferred
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel
