Job Responsibilities
As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, your key responsibilities will include:
- Processing customer orders and inquiries in a collaborative call center using world-class technology
- Communicating with customers over phone, email, and chat to resolve their queries and concerns
- Helping customers navigate our website and online ordering system
- Becoming a product expert, equipped with the knowledge and skills to answer product, pricing, and shipping questions quickly and confidently
- Collaborating with our team to resolve customer issues and provide exceptional service
Minimum Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A high school diploma or equivalent
- Prior customer service experience is a plus, but we'll train you to provide legendary service for our customers
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
