Position Description
We're seeking highly motivated and customer-focused individuals to join our team as At-Home Contact Center Specialists. As a Customer Support Associate, you'll be responsible for:
- Qualifying callers for programs, products, or services through outbound and inbound calls
- Providing exceptional customer service, resolving issues, and answering questions
- Working with a variety of clients, including appointment scheduling, insurance lead qualification, patient recruitment, and medical appointment setting
- Meeting or exceeding performance metrics, including call volume, quality, and customer satisfaction

Requirements
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- A high school diploma or equivalent
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Working knowledge of Windows-based operating systems, including Google Chrome
- Ability to adapt in a fast-changing environment
- A computer at home that meets our minimum workstation requirements:
+ Processor: Intel Core i5 2.1GHz or better or AMD equivalent (Ryzen 5 or better) + Operating System: Windows 10 (32-bit / 64-bit) or higher + RAM: 8GB or more
- A webcam
- High-speed internet access with a download speed of at least 100 and upload speed of at least 10
- A quiet workspace with a dedicated desk
- Ability to attend a full 2-week mandatory virtual training (Monday-Friday, 9am-5pm EST / 8am-4pm CST)
