Job Responsibilities:
As an Administrative Clerk / Claims Specialist / Data Entry Professional, you will be responsible for performing a variety of administrative tasks to support the processing of medical claim reviews. Your duties will include:
- Performing word processing, data entry, faxing, and document review tasks with high accuracy and attention to detail
- Assisting with the processing of medical claim reviews by professionals, ensuring timely and efficient completion of tasks
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records and databases, utilizing your proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and database management
- Providing exceptional customer service and support to clients and colleagues, demonstrating a commitment to excellence and customer satisfaction
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve shared goals and objectives, fostering a culture of teamwork and collaboration
Days/Hours:
We offer a range of shifts to accommodate your schedule and preferences. You can choose from the following options:
- Sunday - Thursday: 8:00 am - 4:30 pm EST
- Monday - Friday: 10:30 am - 7:00 pm EST
- Monday - Friday: 9:00 am - 5:30 pm EST
- Tuesday – Saturday: 8:00 am - 4:30 pm EST
Training Hours:
To ensure your success in this role, we provide comprehensive training and onboarding. You will attend training sessions from Monday to Friday, 8:30 am - 5 pm, for approximately the first 2-3 weeks.
Compensation and Benefits:
As a valued member of our team, you will receive:
- A competitive hourly rate of $17.75 per hour

Minimum Qualifications:
To be considered for this exciting opportunity, you must possess the following qualifications:
- High School Diploma or Equivalent required
- 2 years' experience in healthcare, medical claims, or account processing required
- Knowledge of Medical and Insurance Terminology
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with database management
Preferred Qualifications:
While not required, the following qualifications are highly desirable:
- Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as healthcare administration or business administration
- Experience with medical billing and coding software
- Certification in medical terminology or a related field
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders
