Responsibilities
As a Healthcare Customer Service Representative-Onsite, your main responsibility will be to find innovative ways to respond to varying questions, issues, and concerns. Your duties will include:
* Connecting with customers via phone, email, chat, and/or social media to resolve their questions or concerns
* Calmly attempting to resolve and de-escalate any issues
* Escalating interactions when necessary and appropriate
* Responding to requests for assistance and/or possible processing payments
* Tracking all call-related information for auditing and reporting purposes
* Providing feedback on call issues
* Upselling if required
Qualifications
We're looking for fearless people – people who are inspired to deliver only the best in all that we do. To be successful in this role, you'll need:
* Ability to work remotely in a virtual team environment
* 6 months of customer service experience preferred
* Over 18 years of age
* Ability to type 25 wpm
* High School Graduate or GED
* Comfort with desktop computer systems
* Proven oral and written communication skills
* Possess home state Life and Health Insurance License
* Logical problem-solving skills
* Ability to navigate Windows operating systems
* Organization and work prioritization skills
