Job Summary
As an Experienced Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in delivering exceptional customer experiences that meet and exceed our clients' expectations. You'll be responsible for answering client inquiries, providing product information, and helping customers resolve their issues in a timely and professional manner. Key Responsibilities
* Answer and manage incoming calls, emails, chats, and/or interactive voice response systems in a professional and courteous manner
- Provide accurate and timely responses to customer inquiries, addressing their needs and concerns in a empathetic and solution-focused approach
- Utilize arenaflex's customer service procedures and policies to resolve customer issues and provide a positive customer experience
- Record, organize, and file customer interactions and account changes in a timely and accurate manner
- Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell products and services to customers
- Schedule call backs and appointments to resolve customer needs and provide a seamless customer experience
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues and provide a unified customer experience
Requirements and Qualifications
* Previous experience in customer support, client services, sales, or a related field
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers and internal teams
- Basic computer skills and experience with customer service software and technology
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent time management and prioritization skills, with the ability to meet and exceed performance targets
- Ability to listen actively, relay information, and answer questions and/or concerns in a professional and courteous manner
- Customer-focused approach, with a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences and resolving customer issues in a timely and professional manner
- Must reside in California
