Job Description
As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will be responsible for providing top-notch support to our clients. You will be the face of our company, and your interactions with customers will shape their experience with arenaflex. Your primary responsibilities will include:
* Answering client inquiries and providing product information in a timely and professional manner
* Resolving customer issues and concerns in a fair and efficient manner
* Providing excellent customer care and focus, with the ability to assess customers' needs and provide the correct answer, path, troubleshooting, or method for a positive customer experience
* Managing incoming calls, emails, chats, and/or interactive voice response systems
* Learning and following all customer service procedures and policies
* Striving to meet and exceed personal and team target goals
* Recording, organizing, and filing customer interactions and account changes
* Upselling and scheduling call backs and appointments to resolve customer needs
Requirements and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following skills and qualifications:
* Previous experience in customer support, client services, sales, or a related field
* Excellent communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively over the phone and other communication platforms
* Basic computer skills and experience
* Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
* Excellent time management and prioritization skills
* Ability to listen actively, relay information, and answer questions and/or concerns
* Customer-focused for positive customer experience and resolution
* Must reside in California
