Job Summary
As a Customer Support Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for providing top-notch support to our customers via various channels, including chat, email, and phone. You'll be the voice of the customer advocate, working closely with our product team to resolve issues, identify trends, and drive improvements. Key Responsibilities
* Provide exceptional customer support via chat, email, and phone, resolving issues and answering questions with empathy and expertise
- Learn and master arenaflex products and services, using that knowledge to solve complex problems and drive customer satisfaction
- Take notes, track trends, and log tickets to ensure seamless communication and collaboration with the team
- Be the voice of the customer advocate, flagging recurring pain points and high-fiving our product team when fixes roll out
- Stay curious, move fast, and never be afraid to say, "I don't know, but I'll find out!"
What You Bring to the Table
* You live in the U.S. and have legal authorization to work here
- You stay cool under pressure and bring the calm to every conversation
- You're tech-fluent, navigating support platforms (like Zendesk or Intercom) is second nature
- You're detail-obsessed, organized, and allergic to just okay customer service
- You've got a voice (written and spoken) that's clear, empathetic, and maybe even a little fun
- You've spent at least 1 year in a customer-facing role and you've got stories to prove it
