Job Summary
As a Bilingual Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our customers through phone, email, and chat. You'll be the face of our company, and your goal will be to deliver an exceptional experience that exceeds our customers' expectations. You'll work collaboratively with our team to resolve customer inquiries and issues, and you'll be equipped with the tools and training you need to succeed in this role.
Key Responsibilities
* Process customer orders and inquiries in a collaborative call center using world-class technology
- Communicate with customers over phone, email, and chat to resolve their inquiries and issues
- Help customers navigate arenaflex's website and online ordering system
- Become a product and solutions expert by learning about our products and services, and being able to answer product, pricing, and shipping questions quickly and confidently
- Collaborate with our team to resolve customer issues and provide exceptional customer service
Minimum Requirements
* High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred
- Prior customer service experience is a plus, but we'll train you to provide legendary service for our customers!
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) - fluent in both verbal and written forms

* Pay from $25 to $29 per hour with significant growth and earning potential!
