Experienced Full Stack Insurance Customer Service & Sales Specialist – Remote Opportunity with arenaflex

We offer paid training and a remote full-time position. We cover all the training, testing fees, and state licensing requirements to help you launch your insurance career.

Job Overview
As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be part of a dynamic team that's dedicated to delivering exceptional customer experiences. You'll be responsible for handling customer inquiries, resolving issues, and providing solutions that meet their needs. You'll also have the opportunity to upsell and cross-sell insurance products to customers, helping them to achieve their goals. What We're Looking For

Must reside in Texas

Must be at least 18 years old

High school diploma or GED equivalent required
*
Preferred 6 months to 1 year of relevant work experience

Must have open availability during operating hours
*
Professional customer service aptitude is essential
If you live within 50 miles of a site, you will be offered an onsite role. We do not currently have any sites located in the state of Texas.

Home Setup Requirements
* Provided Equipment: arenaflex will ship the necessary equipment, including a headset after you pass your state exam.
- Internet Requirements: A hardwired high-speed internet connection. No wireless/ No 5G internet packages.
- Work Environment: A quiet, distraction-free space is essential; a webcam video presence will be required during training and production. Can not be a primary care provider during hours of operation.
- Device Requirements: You'll need to use your own computer or tablet (excluding Kindle Fire Tablets). Cell phones are not permitted for college of insurance training.
