Job Responsibilities:
As an Experienced Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:
- Answering client inquiries, providing product information, and helping customers resolve their issues in a timely and professional manner
- Demonstrating excellent customer care and focus, assessing customers' needs, and providing the correct answer, path, troubleshooting, or method for a positive customer experience
- Managing incoming calls, emails, chats, and/or interactive voice response systems, ensuring that every interaction is handled with empathy and efficiency
- Learning and following all customer service procedures and policies, staying up-to-date on product knowledge and industry trends
- Meeting and exceeding personal and team target goals, striving for excellence in every interaction
- Recording, organizing, and filing customer interactions and account changes, maintaining accurate and detailed records
- Upselling and cross-selling opportunities, identifying and capitalizing on potential sales
- Scheduling call backs and appointments to resolve customer needs, ensuring that every customer leaves satisfied and empowered
Requirements and Qualifications:
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- Previous experience in customer support, client services, sales, or a related field, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer experiences
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to communicate effectively over the phone and other communication platforms
- Basic computer skills and experience, with proficiency in software applications and systems
- Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent time management and prioritization skills, with the ability to meet deadlines and exceed targets
- Active listening skills, with the ability to relay information, answer questions, and address concerns in a clear and concise manner
- Customer-focused mindset, with a passion for delivering positive customer experiences and resolutions
- Ability to work independently, with minimal supervision, and as part of a remote team
