Job Summary
As a Bilingual Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our customers in both English and Spanish. You'll be the first point of contact for our customers, and you'll be responsible for resolving their queries, addressing their concerns, and providing them with the best possible solutions. You'll work closely with our team to ensure that our customers receive the highest level of service, and you'll be an integral part of our efforts to drive customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Key Responsibilities
* Process customer orders and inquiries in a collaborative call center using world-class technology
- Communicate with customers over phone, email, and chat
- Help customers navigate arenaflex's website and online ordering
- Become a product and solutions expert! We'll equip you to answer product, pricing, and shipping questions quickly and confidently
- Resolve customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner
- Collaborate with our team to identify and implement process improvements that enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty
- Participate in ongoing training and development to stay up-to-date on arenaflex's products and services
Minimum Requirements
* High school diploma or equivalent. Bachelor's degree preferred
- Prior customer service experience is a plus, but we'll train you to provide legendary service for our customers!
- Bilingual (English / Spanish) - fluent in both verbal and written forms
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and responsibilities
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
Preferred Qualifications
* Experience in a call center or customer service environment
- Knowledge of arenaflex's products and services
- Certification in customer service or a related field
- Fluency in additional languages (e.g. Portuguese, French, etc.)
