Responsibilities:

As an Experienced Customer Care Representative at arenaflex, you will be responsible for:

  • Handling inbound calls from members, clients, and facilities in a professional and courteous manner
  • Responding to customer inquiries, resolving issues, and escalating complex problems to senior team members
  • Providing accurate and timely information to customers, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded
  • Maintaining a high level of product knowledge and staying up-to-date on industry developments and trends
  • Collaborating with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer experience
  • Participating in ongoing training and development to enhance skills and knowledge
  • Meeting or exceeding performance metrics and quality standards
  • Adhering to arenaflex's policies, procedures, and code of conduct

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • 1 year of call center experience, with a strong focus on customer service
  • 6 months of customer service experience in a healthcare or related industry
  • Basic typing and computer skills, with excellent navigational skills
  • High-speed internet access (minimum upload speed of 3 Mbps and minimum download speed of 30 Mbps)
  • A quiet space within your home free of distractions to take incoming calls
  • Prior arenaflex experience is not required, but a plus for those who have worked with us before

Preferred Qualifications:

* Experience working in a remote or virtual environment

  • Familiarity with healthcare industry terminology and concepts
  • Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other productivity software
