Job Summary
As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences through phone, email, and chat interactions. You'll work collaboratively with our team to process customer orders and inquiries, provide product and solutions expertise, and help customers navigate our website and online ordering platform. Key Responsibilities
* Process customer orders and inquiries in a collaborative call center using world-class technology
- Communicate with customers over phone, email, and chat to resolve issues and answer questions
- Help customers navigate arenaflex's website and online ordering platform
- Become a product and solutions expert by learning about our products and services
- Provide legendary service to customers by answering product, pricing, and shipping questions quickly and confidently
- Collaborate with our team to resolve customer issues and improve customer satisfaction
Minimum Requirements
* High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred
- Prior customer service experience is a plus, but we'll train you to provide legendary service for our customers
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced call center environment
- Strong product knowledge and ability to learn quickly

Compensation and Perks
* Pay from $24 to $28 per hour with significant growth and earning potential
