Job Overview

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service to clients in a remote environment. What We're Looking For

* Must reside in South Carolina (Remote): You'll need to be located in South Carolina to work remotely for arenaflex.

• Must be at least 18 years old: You'll need to be at least 18 years old to apply for this role.
• High school diploma or GED equivalent required: You'll need to have a high school diploma or GED equivalent to apply for this role.
• 1 year of relevant work experience: You'll need to have at least 1 year of relevant work experience to apply for this role.
• Open availability during operating hours a must!: You'll need to be available to work during our operating hours, which may include weekends and holidays.
• Professional customer service aptitude is essential: You'll need to have strong customer service skills and a professional attitude to succeed in this role.

Home Setup Requirements

* Provided Equipment: arenaflex will ship the necessary equipment.

• Internet Requirements: A hardwired high-speed internet connection. No wireless / No 5G internet packages can be used.
• Work Environment: A quiet, distraction-free space is essential; webcam video presence will be required during training and production. Cannot be a primary care provider during hours of operation.
• Device Requirements: You'll need to use your own computer or tablet (excluding Kindle Fire Tablets) for the first few days of training before we ship the equipment. Cell phones are not permitted during training.
